We are a new organisation, and we would rather publish nothing than publish something we cannot evidence. Real stories from families and staff will appear here as consent is given.

How we handle testimonials

Nothing is published without written consent from the person quoted, or from their substitute decision-maker where one is in place. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — tell us and we will remove it the same day, no explanation needed.

We never publish a testimonial in exchange for anything, and we do not ask families to provide one while a placement decision is pending.
