Making an inquiry does not create an obligation on either side. We may decline a referral where we cannot meet a person’s needs safely, and we will say so with our reasons.
Descriptions of eligibility, timelines and waiting lists are indicative. Actual availability depends on capacity, funding and assessment.
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Funding programs, eligibility rules and government links change frequently, however, so confirm anything material with the relevant organisation or with our office directly.
Do not use this website to submit false information, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, to send automated traffic without our consent, or to collect information about other users.
Our forms are rate-limited and monitored. We may block access where use appears abusive.
You are responsible for what you submit through our forms and confirm you have the right to share it — including any information about another person.
If you send us a testimonial or a photograph, you grant us permission to publish it as described at the point of submission. That permission can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the item the same day.
